Pre-Register device and retrieve password

This is the very first step in the process of onboarding a new device to DyoCense cloud. This ensures that, a valid and legitimate device is trying to consume the cloud resources.

The cloud portal will provide the facility to generate a unique token, which can be used as the password for the device. Whenever the token is regenerated, the previous token gets invalid and cannot be used further.
