  1. To download the details of Alarms, you can click on the 'Export to Excel' Button.

Actions

when multiple checkboxes are selected in a data table, then an 'Actions' button should appear at the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Click on the 'Actions' button, to access the available options.

  • Acknowledge
  1. To Acknowledge the selected multiple 'Alarm', click on the 'Acknowledge' option.
  • Close
  1. To Close the selected multiple 'Alarm', click on the 'Close' option.
  • Delete
  1. To delete the selected multiple 'Alarm', click on the 'Delete' option.
Actions

To access the available options for a specific 'Alarms', follow these steps:

  • Click on the 'Actions' button, to access the available options.

  • View
  1. To see the details of the 'Alarm',click on the 'View' option.

  • Edit
  1. To modify or change the details of a specific 'Alarm', click on the 'Edit' button.
  2. After making the necessary modifications, click on the 'Save' button to save the changes.

  • Delete
  1. To delete the specific 'Alarm', click on the 'Delete' option.
  2. Click on 'OK' to confirm the deletion.

Show Advancded Filters

To filter data based on the Serial number, Status, Rule severity, Device type, and Generated at, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the value for Serial number in the corresponding field.

  2. Choose an option from the 'Status' dropdown menu to filter data based on the selected status.

  3. Choose an option from the 'Rule severity' dropdown menu to filter data based on the selected severity level.

  4. Choose an option from the 'Device types' dropdown menu to filter data based on the selected device type.

  5. Select the date range for when the Alarms was generated.

  6. Click on the 'Refresh' button to apply the filter and display the filtered data.

    Alternatively, you can use a basic search bar to search for specific keywords or criteria related to the Alarms you are looking for.
