Rejection Reasons

How to add Rejection Reason.

1. To add a new rejection reason, click on the "Add Rejection Reason" button.

1. provide a value for the "Reason Name" field.
2. To select a specific machine, click on the dropdown and choose the machine you want.
3. To save the "New Rejection reason", click on the "Save" button.

Select Machine.

1. To select the machine, click on the "Select Machine" dropdown and choose the appropriate machine from the list.
2. To view selected machine data, click on the "Refresh" option or use the search bar to find the relevant information.

Actions.

• To view the available options, please click on the "Actions" button which is represented by three dots and is highlighted in the image.

• Edit.

1. To modify the Rejection Reason Details, Click on the "Edit" option.
2. After making the necessary modifications, Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

• Delete.

1. To delete the specific "Rejection Reason", Click on the "Delete" option.
2. Click on the "OK" button to confirm the action.
