Dashboard


View by

  • The data can be viewed based on the following options.
  1. View by Hour.
  2. View by Day.
  3. View by week.
  4. View by Month.
  5. Custom.(Choose a date from the calendar to display the data corresponding to the selected date.)

Edit Mode

  • To customize your dashboard, switch to the edit mode.

  • To add a widget to your dashboard, follow these steps:

    1. Click on the "Add Widget" option.
    2. Select a widget from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click on the "Save" button to confirm your selection.

System Health
  • The system health widget allows us to verify following information of all devices.
  1. Critical
  2. Warnings
  3. Total devices
  4. Device is Online/Offline

Maps
  • The specific location of a device can be displayed using Maps widget.

Alarms Trend
  1. The alarms trend widget exhibits the latest 200 alarms , and selecting "see all records" directs you to the alarms page.

Telemetry Trend
  • Telemetry Trend widget displays real-time telemetry data.In order to set up the telemetry trend, please follow these steps.
  1. Click on Edit mode.
  2. Choose the device type and the specific device that is needed.
  3. Click on save button.

Asset Statistics
  • The Asset Statistics widget shows the data of all assets of a specific asset type. In order to set up the Asset statistics, please follow these steps.
  1. Click on Edit mode.
  2. Choose the Asset type .
  3. Click on save button.
  4. The data can be filtered by utilizing the "Assets with Alarms" and "Assets with monitoring enabled" filters.

Device Telemetry Salvo
  • In order to set up the Device Telemetry Salvo widget, please follow these steps.
  1. Click on Edit mode.
  2. Choose the device type and the specific device that is needed.
  3. Click on save button.

  • Click on + AddCharts
  • It is possible to add up to six charts and customize them to meet specific needs.

Device Latest Telemetry
  • The widget "Device Latest Telemetry" shows the most recent data for a device that has been selected.

Custom Reports widget
  • Custom reports widget displays customized charts and repots designed for a device that has been selected.

Custom iframe widget
  • The custom iframe widget shows the analytics page's dashboard. Additionally, the widget can display an external website by incorporating a URI.".

Delete Widget

  • To delete a selected widget, click on the close icon within the widget. A pop-up message will then appear, asking if you want to remove the widget. Click 'Yes' to confirm the removal."

Add Page

  • Follow these steps to create a new page.
    1. Click on the 'Add Page' button.
    2. A small pop-up window will appear. Enter the desired name for the new page (you can choose any name you like).
    3. Click the 'Save' button."

Rename Page

  1. Click on "Rename Page" Option.
  2. When you click on it, a small pop-up window will appear, allowing you to give the page a completely new name or edit its current name.

Delete Page

  • To delete a selected page, click on the Delete page. A pop-up message will then appear, asking if you want to remove the page. Click 'Yes' to confirm the removal."

Back to Default

  • If there is only a default page available, then the "back to default" button will be displayed.
  • Click on the "Back to Default" Option to go back to default the Page.

Copy

  • To obtain an exact copy of the page, click on the 'Copy' button."
  • Clicking on 'Copy' will create a duplicate page later you can rename the copied page.

Organize Widget

  • Once you create the Widgets you can rearrange it with he help of Organize Widget
  1. Select the Organize Widget by clicking on the check box option.
  2. Once you select it then you can drag and rearrange the Widget.

Note: If you want to access a dashboard created in the analytics page, refer to the 'Dashboards' section in the analytics page. This page have two options 1. Email 2. Schedule

Email

  1. To receive the report via email, click on the 'Email' option.
  2. Select the desired email address from the 'Email Recipients' dropdown and click on 'Save' to send the report to that email address.

  • Email recipients can be selected either by searching for them using the search option, or by choosing from the dropdown list.
  • We can remove the selected Email recipients if we no longer to send the report just by removing thire Email id.

Note: Selecting the email option will result in the report being sent via email only once.

Schedule

  • The scheduling option is similar to receiving reports via email, but it includes a 'Repeat' option that allows you to receive the report at scheduled intervals."

Repeat options

  1. Daily : Choose this option to receive a daily email.
  2. Weekly : Choose this option to receive a weekly email.
  3. Monthly : Choose this option to receive mail Monthly.
  4. Quarterly: Choose this option to receive mail Quarterly.
  5. Yearly : Choose this option to receive mail Yearly.
  • Click on the 'Schedule' option to schedule a report.
  • Select the desired start date and time from the popup by clicking on the 'Start' option.
  • Select the desired frequency of the report by clicking on the 'Repeat' option.
  • Choose the recipients' email address by clicking on 'Email Recipients".
  • Click on 'Save' to schedule the report."

Enable Scheduling

  • If we check the 'Enable Scheduling' option then we will receive the scheduled report.
  • If we no longer wish to receive scheduled reports, we can disable the 'Enable Scheduling' option.

In this document
