Production Status

The "production status" data table presents the information of the completed jobs.

Export to Excel

To download the details of the completed jobs, click on the 'Export to Excel' button.

Show Advanced Filters

To filter the data based on the Select Line, Start Date & Time, End Date & Time & Select Jobs , follow these steps:

  1. Choose an option from the 'Select Line' dropdown menu to filter data based on the selected Machine.
  2. Select the Start Date & Time for when the 'Device' was started.
  3. Select the End Date & Time for when the 'Device' was Ended.
  4. Choose an option from the 'Select Jobs' dropdown menu to filter data based on the selected Jobs.

Work Order Vs OEE Graph

The X-axis of the graph represents work order, and the Y-axis represents OEE data.

OEE Data

The OEE Data section of the Pie-Charts displays the average values for Quality, Availability, Performance, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of all the jobs.

  • Quality: Click on the calculation button of the Quality pie-chart, it will display the formula as follows: Quality = Good Count / Total Count.

  • Availability: Click on the calculation button of the Availability pie-chart to display the formula as follows: Availability = Run time / Planned Production Time.

  • Performance: Click on the calculation button of the Performance pie-chart to display the formula as follows: Performance = (Target Cycle Time * Total Count)/Run Time.

  • OEE: Click on the calculation button of the OEE pie-chart to display the formula as follows: OEE = (Availability * Performance)/Quality.

Note : If you click on the 'Full Screen' button, it will open the full-screen mode.
