Manage Jobs


To create a new job, follow these steps:
  1. Click on "Create New Job".
  2. Provide the necessary details.
  3. Click on "Save"..

Search
  • There are two options available for searching, either by using the search bar or by clicking on "Show advanced filters" for more advanced search options.
  • Select the details like
    1. Status.
    2. Part.
    3. Machine.
  • If you want to hide Advanced filter click on "Hide advanced filters".
Actions
  1. Edit

    • To modify the value in the "goal" field for a' Not started job', please click on the "Edit" button.
    • Please input the new value and then click on the "save" button.
  2. Delete

    • To remove a specific job, select the "Delete" option and click on it.
    • Click on Ok.

  1. Downtime

    • If you want to see downtime reasons, please click on the "Downtime" button.

    • If you want to filter the results by the reason, select the reason from the dropdown menu.

    • To specify the reason, click on the "Edit" button and choose the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu.
    • Once done, click on "Save".
  2. Rejection Reason

    • To view the reasons for rejection, click on the "Rejection" button.

    • To filter the results based on a particular reason, choose the reason from the dropdown menu.

    • To specify the reason, click on the "Edit" button and select the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu.

    • Once done, click on "Save".
