Organization units


  1. Main "Orgination unit" will be created during the creation of "Tenant" only
  2. User don't have permissions to "delete" the main organization unit.
  3. Right click on the main "Orginization unit" to see the available options.

  • Edit
  1. To modify the "Orginization unit" details, click on the "Edit" option.
  2. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
    Note: Name field of "Main Organization unit" can't be editable.

  • Add Sub-unit
  1. Click on "Add sub-unit" and enter the required details.
  2. Click on the "Save" button to create the sub-unit.

  • Delete
  1. To delete the specific "Orginization unit", click on the "Delete" option.
  2. Click on the "Yes" button to complete the action.

  • Add Member.
  1. Before clicking on "Add member", Select the required organization unit.
  2. Click on "Add Member"
  3. Select the Users from the List.
    (OR) Use the simple "Search bar" to search the User.
  4. Click on "Save" button.
  5. If you want to remove the user then click on "Delete" option.

  • Add Asset
  1. Click on "Add Asset" button.
  2. Select any asset from the list.
    (OR) Use the "Search Bar" to search the asset.
  3. Click on "Save" button.
  4. If You want to remove the Asset then click on "Delete" option.
  • Schedule
  1. Before clicking on "Schedules", Select the required organization unit.

  2. Click on the "Create" Button to see the "Create Shift" pop-up page

  3. Enter the required details.

  4. Click on "Save" button.

  • Interval

  1. Click on the "Add Interval" to see the "Add Interval" pop-up page.
  2. Enter the required details.
  3. Click on "Save" button to save the interval.

  • Hoildays
  1. Before clicking on "Holidays", Select the required organization unit.

  2. Click on the "Create" Button to see the "Create Holiday" pop-up page.

  3. Enter all the required details to their respective fields.

  4. Click on "Save" Button to complete the action.

  • Actions

  • To view the available options, click on the "Actions" button.

  • Edit

  1. To modify the given details, Click on the "Edit" option.
  2. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
  • Delete
  1. To delete the specific "Schedule" or "Holiday", Click on the "Delete" option.
  2. click on the "Yes" button to complete the action.

Note: "Action" button functionality is applicable for both "Schedules" and "Holidays" tab's.

  • Calendar View
  1. Click on the "calender icon" to see the Calendar view pop-up page.
  2. Created "Shifts", "Intervals", and "Holidays" will be viewed in the calendar table.
  3. "Shift" Tag will be appeared in "Blue" colour.
  4. "Interval" Tag will be appeared in "Green" colour.
  5. "Holiday" Tag will be appeared in "Red" colour.

In this document
